1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the u8888 platform, including the website accessible at u8888.lol, all related gaming services, betting markets, promotional offers, and support services made available to registered users ("Player", "you", "your"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and u8888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the u8888 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail. u8888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 1. Eligibility

The following conditions must be met before a player may register or use the u8888 platform.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform. u8888 reserves the right to require proof of age before processing any withdrawal request.
• 1.2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or as a proxy for a third party, is prohibited.
• 1.3You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. u8888 may request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any stage. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• 1.4u8888 reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to participate in all promotions or to access all features of the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the u8888 platform are subject to the following conditions.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. u8888 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Accepted payment methods may change over time and are subject to availability. u8888 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• 3.2Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. If the original deposit method is no longer available, u8888 will work with the player to identify an alternative. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing.
• 3.3Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. u8888 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing schedules.
• 3.4u8888 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• 3.5u8888 is not a financial institution. Account balances do not accrue interest. u8888 is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds held in your u8888 account are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting

The following conditions govern all wagering and gameplay activity on the u8888 platform.

• 5.1All games available on u8888 are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the providers' certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealer activity. u8888 does not and cannot modify game outcomes.
• 5.2In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, u8888 will review the relevant logs and, where possible, restore the game to the state it was in immediately prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player's account. u8888's decision on technical dispute resolutions is final.
• 5.3Bets placed in error by a player (for example, an incorrect stake amount or selection) cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed. Players are advised to review their selections carefully before confirming any wager. u8888 accepts no liability for player error in bet placement.
• 5.4u8888 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the outcome was known in advance by the player; (b) the bet was placed as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit a pricing or odds error; or (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u8888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

• 7.1Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use u8888 as a vehicle for financial crime. u8888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required to do so.
• 7.2Collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, use of automated betting software (bots), or any strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• 7.3Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a payment provider in bad faith while winnings from the disputed transaction are retained. Any chargeback initiated against a deposit made to u8888 will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of any associated winnings, and recovery of funds where legally permissible.
• 7.4Abuse of the u8888 support team, including use of threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language in any communication directed at u8888 staff. u8888 reserves the right to terminate any account where such conduct occurs.
• 7.5Any attempt to access, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interact with the u8888 platform in a manner not intended for normal player use, including but not limited to automated data harvesting, API abuse, or attempts to bypass platform security measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

u8888's liability to players is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• 9.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u8888 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• 9.2u8888 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. u8888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party service failures that are outside u8888's reasonable control.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude u8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

u8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, u8888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform interface or by email to the address registered on the player's account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on u8888.lol/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the u8888 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
